← Paper Boardroom

Privacy.

We check that you control a wallet holding at least 500,000 PAPER, including staked PAPER.

What we keep

After admission, we keep your Telegram ID and a verified status. A separate list of keyed wallet fingerprints prevents a wallet from registering another new account. That list has no Telegram IDs, timestamps or member references.

What we delete

The wallet address and wallet–Telegram link are deleted before approval is sent. Login messages, browser sessions and personal verification links are deleted after successful verification. Signatures and exact balances are not saved in the application database or application logs.

Unfinished verification

Wallet addresses are encrypted while you finish joining. Pending admissions expire within 15 minutes; login messages expire after five minutes. Expired records are deleted on the next service request or maintenance run. An admission already in progress can hold its record for up to three additional minutes.

The limits

The server sees your wallet and Telegram account together during verification. This is not an anonymous or zero-knowledge proof. Hosting providers may retain older records in backups or infrastructure logs under their own policies.

There are no recurring holdings checks or automatic balance-based removals. Rejoining requires fresh verification.
